About us

Rooted in community. Built for what's next.

Rose Advancement & Innovation Collective (RAIC) is the doing-business-as name of Rose of Alpha Omega, a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Fort Lauderdale and serving South Florida.

Our vision

A community where people can advance and be well.

A community where people working toward better lives have real access to the tools shaping tomorrow — and the support, belonging, and balance to sustain what they build.

Our mission

Sustained, judgment-free programs that serve the whole person.

Rose Advancement & Innovation Collective provides sustained, judgment-free programs in AI literacy, digital skills, and career readiness — paired with wellness, creative expression, and community — because you cannot build a thriving career without tending to the whole person.

Our story

From sisterhood to a collective.

Rose of Alpha Omega began with a simple conviction: that women working hard deserved support for the whole of who they are — personal, professional, and everything in between. For years, our community gathered around that conviction — in conferences, retreats, book studies, and workshops that treated career growth and personal wellness as two halves of one life.

Rose Advancement & Innovation Collective carries that conviction forward and opens the doors wider. Today we serve anyone in our community who is working hard but still feeling stuck, curious about technology but nervous about where to start, and in need of more than a one-time workshop.

Women remain at the heart of our founding story, and programs honoring that legacy will always have a home here. The heart hasn't changed. The doors have gotten wider.
